• Personally marketed over 100+ properties ranging in price from $400,000 condo’s to a $9,000,000 luxury Trousdale Estate.
• Having worked with both CBRE and Marcus & Millichap, I have also marketed dozens of commercial properties ranging from duplexes to 100+ unit apartment investment opportunities.
• Keen eye for design trends and what attracts buyers. Spending a few dollars to properly prep a property for the market can make a listing stand out. Decluttering, painting and staging often pay dividends.
• Creative vision for “what can be”. I help buyers and sellers envision what’s possible and practical. I’m passionate about design and familiar with a variety of construction techniques & remodeling options.
• Marketing and Design focussed with a BFA in Graphic Design from Cal Poly Pomona. I have a solid design foundation.
